Senior Data Analysis and Reporting Specialist

About the role

The Senior Data Analysis and Reporting Specialist will support the Commercial Director by gathering, validating, and processing financial and operational data across all commercial contracts. The role ensures accurate invoicing, compliance with agreements, and provides insightful performance reports for the commercial team.

Key responsibilities

• Collect financial and operational data from commercial specialists and operators.
• Verify data compliance with contract terms and follow up on non‑compliance issues.
• Conduct market research to benchmark pricing and service levels.
• Collaborate with commercial specialists to perform detailed data controls.
• Prepare draft monthly commercial reports and summary Excel files for finance invoicing.
• Analyze budget performance versus approved budgets and support annual budgeting.
• Design ad‑hoc reports and dashboards based on management requests.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, financial control or invoicing, preferably in a commercial setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Fluent in Albanian and English, both written and spoken.
