SAP SD/CS Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior SAP SD/CS Consultant to join the Customer Services team of a global luxury group. The role is remote with occasional travel to Geneva and involves delivering end‑to‑end SAP solutions, supporting roll‑outs, and preparing the landscape for future S/4HANA transitions.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of assigned topics, from analysis and design through customization, testing, UAT coordination, deployment and documentation.
• Evaluate system issues, propose enhancements and enrich the internal knowledge base with newly identified solutions.
• Assist the Tech Team Lead in effort estimation and challenge implementation plans.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (consultants, developers, product owners, scrum masters, QA) to improve operations and drive change.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, refinement, reviews, retrospectives) and keep activity status up‑to‑date in Jira or ServiceNow.
• Contribute to and enforce best practices, fostering a customer‑oriented mindset and compliance with internal and local regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Senior SAP Consultant or Solution Architect.
• Hands‑on expertise with SAP ECC6, CS, SD, SOLMAN and SOLDOC; experience with S/4HANA is a plus.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and Italian.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, capable of diagnosing complex technical issues independently.
• Proven experience delivering workshops and presentations to senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban ceremonies.
