Salesforce DevOps Engineer

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Salesforce DevOps Engineer to manage, automate, and optimise the deployment lifecycle of its Salesforce environments. You will work closely with development teams to ensure reliable, repeatable releases while maintaining compliance and audit standards.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, monitor and manage the lifecycle of multiple Salesforce orgs.
• Design, implement and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Copado, DevOps Center, Jenkins or Gearset.
• Automate deployment processes, eliminate manual steps and own end‑to‑end release execution.
• Plan and execute environment refreshes, manage data consistency and maintain change logs.
• Collaborate with developers to standardise branching strategies, promotion flows and deployment readiness.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or low‑code developer.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD and DevOps tooling for Salesforce.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, especially in root‑cause analysis of deployment failures.
• Advanced English communication skills.
