Commission Systems Analyst - Greek Market

About the role

VOIS (Vodafone Intelligent Solutions), a strategic arm of Vodafone Group Plc, is looking for a Commission Systems Analyst to support the delivery and operation of commission schemes for the Greek market. Based in Albania in a hybrid arrangement, you will coordinate new commission requirements across the full lifecycle, from clarification and solution design to testing, implementation and post-launch support. You will link Sales, Commercial, Finance and IT teams, turning business needs into clear commission logic and implementable system specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate new commission requirements from clarification and solution design through development, testing, implementation and post-launch support.
• Act as key contact between Sales, Commercial, Finance and IT, ensuring requirements are understood, feasible and aligned.
• Maintain delivery governance through documentation, status reporting, testing evidence and change traceability.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies and delivery issues, escalating them when needed.
• Support commission reviews, calculations, accruals and reporting for direct and indirect sales channels.
• Contribute to configuring and maintaining commission systems according to operational requirements.
• Keep stakeholders informed on requirements, progress, decisions and outcomes.
• Ensure stable, timely commission processing through effective controls, documented testing and compliance-focused working.

Required profile

• University degree in Information Technology, Economics or an equivalent field.
• Fluent spoken and written English; good knowledge of Greek is a plus.
• Substantial experience in channel commissions and IT-related project delivery.
• Ability to turn business requirements into commission rules, processes and system specifications.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across Business, Finance and IT.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, independent work and clear communication.

Required skills

• Knowledge of financial operations, advanced Excel or automation tools is advantageous.
• Skills learned include commission calculation, accrual, reporting and control processes, and risk and change management.
