Sales Supervisor – Medical Tourism

About the role

The Sales Supervisor will lead and expand Embrace Albania’s sales activities targeting international patients and travelers seeking medical, aesthetic and tourism services in Albania. Based in Tirana, this full‑time position combines client acquisition, team leadership and close coordination with healthcare and hospitality partners to deliver seamless end‑to‑end experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise a small sales team, set targets, monitor performance and provide coaching.
• Handle inbound client inquiries, guide prospects through service options and prepare tailored proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate packages and close deals for medical and aesthetic procedures.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales metrics.
• Analyse market trends, identify new business opportunities and support marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with medical clinics, hotels and local partners to ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Proven experience in team management and training.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data.
• Background in sales or business development within medical tourism, healthcare, hospitality or travel.
• Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages such as Dutch are a plus.
• Comfortable working on‑site in Tirana and coordinating with local partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism Management, Healthcare Management or related field preferred.
