Sales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our team in Tirana. The role focuses on contacting assigned leads by phone and email, understanding their business needs and guiding them toward the appropriate IVA solution.

Key responsibilities

• Contact assigned leads via phone and email.
• Identify business needs and qualify interest.
• Update lead communications and stages in the CRM system.
• Coordinate product demonstrations, offers, or next steps in the sales process.
• Use the CRM to manage routine follow‑ups, allowing focus on high‑value conversations and accurate qualification.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail when using a CRM.
• Interest in sales and software solutions for businesses.
• Previous experience in sales or client communication is preferred, but recent graduates are also welcome.
