Sales Consultant – Luxury Automotive

About the role

Porsche Albania is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join its luxury automotive team. As the face of the brand, you will guide customers through an exceptional sales journey, matching their aspirations with the perfect Porsche vehicle.

Key responsibilities

• Create outstanding customer experiences throughout the entire sales process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing Porsche owners.
• Advise customers on pre‑owned Porsche Approved vehicles, financing options, and additional services.
• Conduct personalized vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Identify customer needs and propose tailored mobility solutions.
• Contribute to sales targets while upholding the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
• Represent the Porsche brand at events, customer engagements, and daily interactions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in automotive sales, luxury retail, hospitality, or a premium customer‑focused environment.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation abilities.
• Entrepreneurial, results‑driven mindset.
• Professionalism, organization, and adaptability.
• Genuine enthusiasm for the Porsche brand and automotive innovation.
• University degree in marketing, business administration, social sciences, psychology or related field.
• Valid driving licence (type B) and proficient English language skills.
