Sales Consultant

About the role

Dream Auto Albania is expanding its BYD dealership network and seeks a proactive Sales Consultant to represent the brand, develop new client opportunities and guide customers through the entire vehicle purchase journey.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and actively contact potential customers through showroom visits, digital channels, events and business referrals.
• Welcome clients, understand their needs and propose suitable vehicle models, configurations, financing options and additional services.
• Present vehicles, organise test‑drives and demonstrations, prepare commercial offers and negotiate contracts.
• Follow leads from first contact to final sale, ensuring a professional and high‑quality experience aligned with BYD standards.
• Achieve individual sales targets and continuously seek new business development opportunities.
• Build long‑term relationships with clients to generate repeat sales and referrals.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to finalize documentation, payment, registration and vehicle delivery.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date CRM system with contacts, leads, offers and sales status, and generate regular activity reports.
