Resort Manager – On‑site Operations Leader

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Resort Manager to lead daily operations at our resort in Saranda. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on delivering an outstanding guest experience while maintaining high operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house activities, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Supervise and motivate staff across housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments.
• Coordinate maintenance and housekeeping schedules to keep the property in optimal condition.
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and work with ownership to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Prepare periodic operational and financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and local regulatory standards.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations of team members.

Required profile

• Strong focus on customer service and the ability to manage guest feedback effectively.
• Proven experience in property or resort management, including facilities, housekeeping, and maintenance oversight.
• Background in budgeting, cost control, and basic financial reporting.
• Experience hiring, training, and leading diverse teams.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Saranda and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of local regulations; fluency in Albanian and good command of English.
