About the role

Century 21 Metropol is seeking a full‑time Real Estate Agent to join its growing team in Tirana. You will work on‑site, helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties while maintaining the agency’s high standards of integrity and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new property listings.
• Guide clients through sales and rental transactions, including viewings and negotiations.
• Manage client relationships and provide market trend advice.
• Prepare and review transaction documentation.
• Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth deal execution.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date portfolio of properties using digital tools.
• Promote listings through digital marketing strategies.

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License.
• Strong understanding of Albanian real‑property regulations.
• Experience in residential or commercial real estate, preferably in the Tirana market.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or related field is a plus.
• Fluent in Albanian with good working knowledge of English.
• Ability to work in a performance‑driven environment and meet targets ethically.
