About the role

Century 21 Gold Albania is seeking a full‑time Real Estate Agent to join its on‑site team in Tirana. The successful candidate will guide clients through buying, selling, and renting processes, ensuring a transparent and efficient transaction experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, list, and market residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers.
• Prospect new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones.
• Prepare, review, and manage transaction documentation.
• Coordinate with legal and financial partners as required.
• Perform market research and advise clients on pricing and investment opportunities.
• Uphold Century 21 service standards and contribute to team sales targets.

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License with solid knowledge of local property regulations.
• Proven sales ability, strong negotiation skills and a track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent customer service orientation and ability to build long‑term client relationships.
• Good understanding of the Tirana real‑estate market and current trends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and time‑management capabilities to handle multiple properties simultaneously.
• Fluency in Albanian; good command of English is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital tools and real‑estate CRM platforms.
• Basic competence in Microsoft Office applications.
