About the role

Century 21 Speed is looking for energetic and ambitious individuals to join its team as Real Estate Agents. The role involves managing buying and selling processes for residential and commercial properties, building a client network, and delivering high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Guide clients through property transactions, from initial contact to closing.
• Develop and maintain a broad network of potential buyers and sellers.
• Coordinate marketing activities and property viewings.
• Negotiate offers and ensure compliance with legal and procedural requirements.
• Track performance metrics and contribute to the agency’s sales targets.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong motivation and commitment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Preferably prior experience in sales or real‑estate related activities.
• Minimum age of 22 years and a higher education background.
