Project Manager – Digital Transformation

About the role

Tegeria is seeking a motivated Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering software development projects that align with the company’s technology strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, defining tasks, milestones, and resource needs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including developers and data analysts—to solve challenges and ensure smooth execution.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively, maintaining project health.
• Facilitate sprint planning and review meetings to keep the team aligned.
• Monitor progress and report key metrics, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline adherence.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation throughout the software development life cycle.
• Maintain clear communication between technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Proven experience as a project, product, or program manager in an IT environment.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master are a plus.
