Application Support & Deployment Specialist (ASD)

About the role

Support the operation and maintenance of business applications by managing deployments, monitoring systems and processes, administering forms and teams, and resolving application‑related issues.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and validate test (Kons) and production deployments.
• Monitor production systems, logs, background jobs, and workflows.
• Create and maintain e‑forms.
• Manage teams and access within the application.
• Handle distribution list creation and updates, as well as user creation and list maintenance.
• Provide application support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Experience in application support, deployments, or operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a support environment.
• Business English; German language skills are a strong advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT) or a related field.
