Product Engineer – AI-powered Short-Term Rental Platform

About the role

We’re looking for an ambitious Product Engineer who wants to turn real customer problems into intuitive, reliable software. You’ll work closely with founders, designers, and operators to identify what matters, build solutions, and improve them based on how people use them.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer workflows, identify friction points, and prioritize problems worth solving.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy end‑to‑end features across frontend, backend, and integrations.
• Create intuitive user interfaces in collaboration with designers to simplify complex rental operations.
• Build event‑driven automation engines that eliminate repetitive tasks such as cleaning scheduling and guest communications.
• Develop AI‑powered features using LLMs and agents for guest communication, maintenance triage, and pricing support.
• Implement reliable APIs and integrations with platforms like Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI, and Google.

Required profile

• Strong experience building and shipping production software.
• Ability to work across both frontend and backend systems.
• Product mindset with curiosity about user needs and willingness to engage directly with customers.
• Comfort with ambiguous problems and turning them into practical solutions.
• Independent, outcome‑oriented work style and confidence collaborating with founders and designers.
• Interest in AI, automation, and operational efficiency.
