About the role

Luarasi University is seeking a qualified academic professional to lead the Business Administration Department and to teach as a Lecturer or Assistant Lecturer within the Faculty of Economics. The position involves both managerial responsibilities for the department and classroom teaching in finance, banking, and economics.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the Business Administration Department, ensuring academic quality and efficient operations.
• Develop and deliver undergraduate and graduate courses in finance, banking, and economics.
• Participate in curriculum design, research activities, and academic committees.
• Maintain high standards of teaching effectiveness and student evaluation.
• Collaborate with faculty members and support staff to foster a productive learning environment.

Required profile

• Albanian citizenship with full legal capacity to work.
• PhD (Doctor of Sciences) in Economics.
• At least three years of internal university teaching experience.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• No criminal record and good health status.
