About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Pastor to shepherd and nurture a close‑knit rural congregation. This position involves leading worship, providing spiritual guidance, and fostering a caring community environment where members feel supported in their faith journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Shepherd and lead the congregation, offering pastoral care and guidance.
• Prepare and deliver weekly Sunday sermons.
• Lead Wednesday night prayer meetings.
• Officiate weddings, funerals, baptisms, and communion services.
• Promote and support rural ministry initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships within the church family.
• Organize community outreach and service events.
• Provide counseling and support during personal crises.
• Oversee religious education and discipleship programs.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and counseling abilities.
• Commitment to the spiritual growth of the congregation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with church leadership.
• Demonstrated experience in leading worship services.
• Effective communication skills, both spoken and written.
