Partner Delivery Manager (Remote, Europe)

About the role

n8n, an open workflow orchestration platform for AI, is looking for a Partner Delivery Manager to build and scale a high-performing partner delivery program. The role ensures partner-led engagements are coordinated, commercially sound and high quality, helping scale Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) capabilities without compromising customer experience. It is fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Build and scale partner delivery operations: define and improve delivery playbooks, engagement processes and quality standards, own engagement intake and allocation, and share visibility on performance, capacity and risks with Customer Success, Partnerships and Sales.
• Own partner commercials and governance: manage subcontracting agreements, SOWs and rate cards with Legal, Finance and Procurement, oversee billing and engagement costs, and work with Finance and Revenue Operations on reporting and ARR impact.
• Drive partner performance and readiness: define and track KPIs and SLAs, run performance reviews, maintain scorecards, and coordinate onboarding, certification, access and offboarding with Enablement and Partner Solution Engineering.
• Ensure outstanding customer outcomes: clear scope and success criteria, smooth handoff to the Customer Success Manager, proactive risk escalation, and sharing of learnings from workshops, hackathons and staff augmentation engagements.

Required profile

• 5+ years in partner delivery, professional services operations or vendor/subcontractor management in a software or technology company.
• Experience drafting, negotiating and managing SOWs, subcontracting agreements and commercial frameworks with services partners or systems integrators.
• Ability to build KPIs and SLAs, set partner governance and use performance data to drive accountability.
• Comfortable working with Legal, Finance, Sales, Customer Success and Partnerships teams.
• Nice to have: experience with global systems integrators, familiarity with staff augmentation and workshop delivery models, and a background in workflow automation, systems integration or low-code platforms.
