Outbound Sales Representative

About the role

UTDS Optimal Choice, a Google Partner and Salesforce Consulting Partner based in Tirana, is hiring a full-time, on-site Outbound Sales Representative. The role generates new business by proactively contacting prospective clients by phone, email and digital channels, and involves working closely with marketing and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads and present the company's services
• Schedule and conduct discovery calls
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to tailor outreach to client needs
• Follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales pipeline
• Meet and exceed activity and revenue targets while delivering a professional, consultative experience

Required profile

• Experience in inside sales and outbound sales, with a track record of meeting targets and managing a structured pipeline
• Lead generation experience, including prospecting, qualification and nurturing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport and present solutions clearly
• Fluency in spoken and written English; additional European languages are a plus
• A background in business, marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, is an advantage

Required skills

• B2B sales, digital marketing or technology services experience is beneficial
• Comfortable working with CRM tools and basic sales reporting
