On-site Salesperson – Tirana

About the role

The company is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Salesperson based in Tirana. You will engage with prospective and existing customers, present NOYO’s luxury product and service offerings, and guide clients through the purchasing process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new sales opportunities and conduct in‑person or phone/online sales.
• Maintain accurate records in the sales system and manage the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts and provide customer feedback.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets while representing NOYO professionally.
• Support excellent customer experiences and contribute to overall business growth.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑facing skills, including active listening, clear communication and the ability to build long‑term relationships.
• Proven sales and negotiation abilities such as prospecting, pitching, handling objections and closing deals in a target‑driven environment.
• Organizational and analytical skills to manage pipelines, prioritize tasks, track performance and use data for decisions.
• Comfort with basic digital tools and CRM or sales software, with a quick learning attitude.
• Previous experience in sales, retail or customer service, preferably in on‑site roles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and accountable approach.
• Fluency in English and Albanian preferred; additional languages are an advantage.
• High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field is a plus.
