Mid/Senior .NET Backend Developer

About the role

EasyPay, Albania's leading digital payments platform, is looking for a Mid/Senior .NET Backend Developer to join its growing fintech team. You will help design, develop, and maintain the backend services that power millions of daily transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement robust .NET backend solutions for payment processing.
• Develop and maintain Web APIs (SOAP and REST) and micro‑service architectures.
• Collaborate with DevOps to automate CI/CD pipelines and ensure reliable deployments.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to code‑review processes.
• Participate in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and continuous improvement of existing systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional backend development experience, preferably 5+ years.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and passion for building fintech solutions.
