DevOps Systems Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced DevOps / Systems Administrator to join a small, dynamic team that works closely with software engineers to deliver continuous‑delivery solutions. The role involves supporting projects, managing application and database systems, and improving system architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Provide IT system administration support to multiple projects.
• Manage systems running applications and databases.
• Deploy solutions using Ansible, Terraform, OpenShift/Kubernetes, Helm and Jenkins.
• Package and deploy solutions for new and existing clients.
• Design and enhance system architecture for reliability and security.

Required profile

• 3+ years of DevOps experience.
• Background in delivering services from development to production in on‑premise data centers or cloud environments.
• Strong OS administration experience, especially RHEL and CentOS.
• Experience designing high‑availability, secure, and complex architectures.
• Hands‑on experience with virtualization (VMware) and cloud platforms (OpenStack).
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, Git flow, Jenkins, Groovy, Docker, Ansible, Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Knowledge of ITIL, DevOps best practices and agile (Scrum) methodologies.
• Relevant technical degree or extensive experience; fluent English.
