About the role

Erdinger Albania is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow its beer and alcoholic‑beverage sales in the Tirana market. The role focuses on expanding the HoReCa network, maintaining long‑term client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for the Tirana area.
• Identify and acquire new clients, especially bars, restaurants, pubs and other HoReCa venues.
• Strengthen relationships with existing customers and ensure high service standards.
• Present and promote Erdinger products to the market.
• Negotiate commercial offers and terms with clients.
• Track orders, sales performance and monthly targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Provide regular reports on sales results and market development.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the beer or alcoholic‑beverage industry.
• Proven track record in the HoReCa sector.
• Well‑established network of bars, restaurants, pubs and venues in Tirana.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong orientation toward results and sales objectives.
• Good knowledge of the Tirana market and beverage‑industry dynamics.
• Valid category B driving licence and willingness to travel on‑site.
