About the role

The company operates in the energy sector and is looking for a B2B Sales Manager to drive the development and implementation of its business‑to‑business sales strategy. The role involves acquiring new corporate clients, presenting electrical and photovoltaic solutions, and managing the full sales cycle from proposal to contract signing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the B2B sales strategy, targeting new business customers.
• Identify and qualify potential corporate clients in the energy market.
• Present and sell electrical products and photovoltaic plants.
• Manage relationships with companies, investors and business partners.
• Analyse client needs and coordinate with technical teams to propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical‑commercial offers and negotiate commercial terms.
• Monitor projects after sale, coordinating with technical departments.
• Track market trends, competition and new business opportunities.
• Maintain the sales pipeline and achieve defined targets.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, prospects and ongoing projects.

Required profile

• Previous B2B sales experience, preferably in the energy sector.
• Strong knowledge of photovoltaic plants, renewable energy and energy projects.
• Familiarity with construction projects and technical project implementation.
• Proven ability to sell technical solutions to corporate clients.
• Excellent negotiation and business development skills.
• Result‑oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
• Ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
