Medical Sales Representative

About the role

Apialpharma is seeking a full‑time Medical Sales Representative to promote and sell its pharmaceutical portfolio to pharmacies, hospitals, clinics and other healthcare providers across Albania. The role is on‑site and involves direct interaction with customers to ensure continuous product availability and high‑quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Visit healthcare customers in the assigned territory, present product information and explain therapeutic benefits.
• Manage orders, monitor stock levels and coordinate deliveries to guarantee timely supply of medicines.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with pharmacists, physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Gather market intelligence, report on sales activities and provide feedback to internal teams.
• Collaborate with internal departments to achieve sales targets and support patient‑centered service.

Required profile

• Proven medical sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills to build trust with healthcare professionals.
• Foundational knowledge of medicine and pharmacy, including product indications and regulatory considerations.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and territory‑planning abilities.
• Relevant education in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences or related field preferred, with prior pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Valid driver’s licence, willingness to travel within Albania and proficiency in local language(s).

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for customer data management.
• Basic computer skills, including office software and email.
