Medical Sales Consultant

About the role

The Medical Sales Consultant will speak with patients interested in hair transplant, dental and cosmetic treatments, guiding them through their options, building trust, and helping them choose the right procedure.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospective and existing patients to discuss treatment options.
• Explain hair transplant, dental and cosmetic procedures clearly and accurately.
• Follow up leads, maintain strong patient relationships, and nurture referral partners.
• Collaborate closely with medical and patient‑care teams.
• Maintain accurate records in the company CRM.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Continuously develop sales and treatment knowledge.

Required profile

• Experience or strong knowledge of medical tourism, dental tourism, healthcare sales or a related field.
• At least one year of sales experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Professional, respectful and reliable attitude.
• Ability to work on‑site in Tirana, full‑time Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM–9:00 PM.
• Willingness to wear business‑formal clothing daily.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM or sales software.
