Medical Affairs Expert HUB - Primary & Specialty Care

About the role

The Medical Affairs Expert HUB will support the Primary & Specialty Care Business Unit in Tirana, assisting the Medical Management team with a wide range of Medical Affairs activities. The role focuses on developing scientific projects, ensuring compliance with ethical standards, professional ethics, and local regulations, and fostering collaboration with the scientific community.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage scientific projects such as interventional clinical trials, observational and epidemiological studies, and collaborations with scientific societies.
• Support the conduct of clinical activities in line with local regulations.
• Prepare presentations, scientific insights, and support the creation of territorial scientific projects aligned with corporate strategies.
• Assist in generating new data, publications, and scientific training for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide scientific support to Marketing for promotional materials, ensuring accuracy and ethical compliance.
• Support the Medical Information Service with complex bibliographic research and answer medical representative queries.
• Participate in scientific updates, conferences, and events, providing feedback on discussed topics.
• Collaborate with Drug Safety & Regulatory Affairs on adverse event evaluation and pharmacovigilance documentation.

Required profile

• Knowledge of ethical standards, professional ethics, and relevant medical regulations.
• Experience in coordinating scientific projects and clinical activities.
• Ability to interact with the scientific community and support medical training initiatives.
