About the role
The Marketing Specialist will support Tirana Ring Center by driving its digital presence, coordinating promotional activities with retail tenants, and managing media collaborations.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate and coordinate marketing campaigns with the centre’s retail units and stores.
- Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) to grow organic audience and engagement.
- Curate and create social media content aligned with brand identity.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations and seasonal decorations.
- Maintain Google Business Profile and run targeted Google Ads campaigns.
- Update website content and oversee LED wall advertising sales.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Language & Literature or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in online marketing and digital communication.
- Strong reporting, data analysis, and English language skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational and coordination abilities.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop and similar photo/video editing tools.
- Very good command of Google Ads (formerly AdWords) and Google Trends.
