Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the planning, execution and monitoring of marketing campaigns that promote the services, spaces and projects of Tirana Ring Center | MSA Konstruksion. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with internal teams and external partners to boost brand visibility and support sales and leasing goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Manage social media platforms, create content and oversee advertising initiatives.
• Coordinate promotional events, on‑site activations and customer‑engagement activities.
• Analyse market trends and performance data to optimise campaigns and report results.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, external agencies and partners to ensure brand consistency.
• Control marketing budgets, timelines and resource allocation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing management, including campaign planning and brand positioning.
• Strong digital and social media marketing expertise with the ability to use analytics tools.
• Experience in event promotion and on‑site activation for commercial or retail environments.
• Excellent organisational and project‑management abilities, handling multiple initiatives and deadlines.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in Albanian; English proficiency is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Comfort working on‑site in a dynamic environment and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Background in construction, real estate, retail centres or property‑management marketing is advantageous.
