Legal Counsel – Construction Projects

About the role

RAFAELO 2002 SH.A., a company active in construction and project development, is looking for a qualified lawyer to join its Legal Department. The role involves supporting the company’s contractual and regulatory activities across its real‑estate and construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and manage company contracts and agreements.
• Monitor contractual relationships with land owners, including lease and acquisition contracts.
• Handle administrative procedures and project documentation.
• Submit applications and follow procedures through the e‑Albania portal and relevant authorities.
• Prepare legal requests, letters, authorisations and other documentation.
• Maintain liaison with ASHK, municipalities and other public institutions.
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to company activities.
• Organise and archive legal documents.
• Assist in judicial and administrative matters.
• Collaborate with other departments on legal issues.

Required profile

• University degree in Law.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in a legal environment.
• Good knowledge of Albanian legislation.
• Familiarity with real‑estate and construction contract law is an advantage.
• Proficiency in using the e‑Albania system.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
