About the role

Vision Consulting Albania Law Firm is seeking a Legal Associate to join its Tirana office. The role involves supporting the firm’s legal consulting activities for both corporate and individual clients, with a focus on contract work, company registration, trademark protection, and immigration procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and organize legal documents and contracts.
• Conduct legal research on Albanian and international regulations.
• Analyze legal issues related to company registration, trademarks, and immigration procedures.
• Interact with clients, institutions, and colleagues to provide clear written and verbal communication.
• Manage multiple cases and deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a law firm or similar legal environment.
• Prior experience in immigration services (work or residence permits) is preferred.
• Professional proficiency in English (B2/C1 level) – fluency is mandatory.
• Master’s degree in Law; bar admission or a Master’s degree in Albania is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
