International Buyer – Multilingual Negotiator

About the role

Ozeol is seeking an International Buyer to lead the sourcing and procurement of surplus inventory across global markets. You will manage product families, build supplier relationships, and negotiate contracts that align with the company’s cost, lead‑time and quality goals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and purchase overstocks, liquidations and unsold goods at optimal prices on the international market.
• Negotiate purchasing conditions and pricing to secure favorable terms.
• Oversee order processing, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Utilize Ozeol’s internal software and office tools to track purchases and performance.
• Handle claims and disputes with customers and vendors efficiently.
• Maintain regular communication with managers and support staff.
• Achieve quantitative and qualitative targets set by management.

Required profile

• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Fluency in both Spanish and French.
• Commercially minded with a strategic purchasing approach.
• Professionalism, confidentiality and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
