Incident Management Specialist

About the role

Flutter is seeking an Incident Management Specialist to join its IT Operations & Control Room team. You will be responsible for detecting, taking charge of, and managing alerts across a 24‑hour shift schedule, ensuring the continuity of critical services in a fast‑moving iGaming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor infrastructure, network and application alerts using dedicated tools and ensure 24‑hour shift coverage.
• Guarantee service continuity by acting promptly to prevent failures and resolve incidents.
• Perform first‑level monitoring activities, extract and analyse data, and provide timely information to Operations.
• Support incident resolution, act as a liaison with technicians, system engineers and network specialists.
• Supervise monitoring events from multiple tools, address massive problems, and use company systems appropriately.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of relevant experience in incident management or IT operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, technical, scientific or related fields.
• Fluent in Italian (written and spoken) and good command of English.
• Willingness to work rotating 5‑day shifts.

Required skills

• Experience with monitoring tools such as Nagios, OpManager, Splunk, Dynatrace, Catchpoint, HP Vertical, or ELK Stack.
