About the role
The Host/Hostess greets guests, manages seating, and ensures a welcoming dining environment for Marriott hotels in Tirana.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, determine party size, seat guests, pull chairs and provide clean menus.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, monitor dining room for safety, service and guest well‑being.
- Arrange tables and settings, accommodate special seating needs, and ensure proper place settings.
- Follow company safety policies, report accidents, and uphold uniform and appearance standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
Required skills
- Clear and professional communication.
- Ability to stand, walk and lift objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
