Head of Affiliates

About the role

We are seeking a senior affiliate leader to own and grow our affiliate channel. You will set strategy, manage the P&L, and work directly with C‑level leadership to drive scalable revenue from high‑value partners.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the affiliate marketing strategy, own the channel P&L and ensure CPA, LTV and ROI targets are met.
• Manage a portfolio of top‑tier affiliates, negotiate contracts (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid) and continuously optimise deal performance.
• Plan, launch and optimise affiliate campaigns while aligning with Brand, CRM, Product and Regional Marketing teams.
• Lead, mentor and scale a performance‑driven affiliate team, fostering a data‑centric culture.
• Ensure compliance with licensing regulations, internal policies and Responsible Gaming standards.

Required profile

• 4+ years of senior affiliate leadership experience in iGaming, gambling or betting.
• Established network of verified top‑tier affiliates, networks and media buying teams.
• Proven track record of managing channel P&L and delivering revenue and acquisition targets.
• Fluent English and advanced Russian (written and spoken).

Required skills

• Experience with affiliate tracking platforms such as Cellxpert, NetRefer and Income Access.
• Proficiency in data platforms, anti‑fraud tools and analytics for traffic quality monitoring.
