German-English Customer Support Specialist – 100% Remote

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual German‑English Customer Support Specialist to join our international support team. Working 100% from home, you will assist customers through phone, chat and email, delivering professional and friendly service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality support to customers in German and English via inbound calls, live chat and email.
• Diagnose and resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently.
• Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the overall customer experience.
• Offer suggestions and feedback to enhance service quality.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written German and English.
• Previous experience in customer support, call centre or a similar role is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Calm and professional problem‑solving under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments is advantageous.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias (CRM platform).
• Experience with Zendesk (CRM platform).
• Experience with Shopify (e‑commerce platform).
