Freelance Quality Control Inspector – Packaging & Textile

About the role

Brandart is seeking a Freelance Quality Control Inspector to support its packaging and textile production lines in Albania. The consultant will travel to factories in Tirana and Durazzo, ensuring that products meet the strict standards defined in Brandart’s Technical Data Sheets.

Key responsibilities

• Perform inline and final inspections of packaging and textile items, recording defects in detailed Quality Reports.
• Suggest corrective actions to vendors and monitor their implementation and effectiveness.
• Conduct physical tests on raw materials and finished products, approving or rejecting based on results.
• Collaborate with vendor QC teams to align on quality standards and procedures.
• Provide technical support to Brandart’s Project Management and Planning teams.
• Generate statistical reports for headquarters and recommend waste‑reduction and efficiency improvements.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in quality control, preferably in packaging or textile manufacturing.
• Fluent in English and Albanian (native or fluent).
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel to factories up to 8 days per month.

Required skills

• Knowledge of AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standards.
