Freelance 3D Modeler for Residential Renovation Projects

About the role

AlbNova is seeking a freelance 3D Modeler to support a limited number of residential renovation projects. The role is project‑based and focuses on creating accurate, visually compelling 3D representations of interior spaces for client presentations and the company’s digital platform.

Key responsibilities

• Create precise 3D models of rooms, fixtures, furniture and architectural elements from floor plans and design concepts.
• Apply realistic materials, textures and lighting to communicate proposed designs clearly.
• Produce clean renders and adjust models based on feedback from designers and project leads.
• Ensure models respect real‑world dimensions, construction constraints and are optimised for the digital platform.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating interior or architectural 3D visualization work.
• Ability to interpret floor plans, measurements and technical drawings accurately.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and meet agreed deadlines.
• Experience in renovation, interior design or construction visualization is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Blender or a comparable 3D software package.
• Advanced 3D modeling, texturing, material creation, lighting and rendering techniques.
