Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

MANIA Advertising / MANIACARD is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer based in Tirana. The designer develops and executes visual concepts for advertising campaigns, marketing materials and digital assets, making sure they fit brand guidelines and client objectives.

Required profile

• Strong graphic design skills, with a portfolio showing creative and effective visual solutions.
• Proficiency in logo design and branding to build distinct, cohesive brand identities across channels.
• Solid understanding of typography, including hierarchy, readability and style choices that support brand messaging.
• Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, or equivalent tools.
• Proven experience in advertising, marketing or agency environments, preferably in a senior or lead designer role.
• Ability to manage several projects, meet deadlines and prioritise work in a fast pace.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to present and justify design decisions to different stakeholders.
• Relevant education in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
