Finance Business Partner – Remote (AI Infrastructure)

About the role

We are looking for a senior Finance Business Partner to join a fast‑growing European deep‑tech company that delivers a sovereign AI compute platform. The position is fully remote within EMEA and works closely with commercial, operations, product teams and external clients to drive financially‑sound decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with commercial, operations and product teams, providing financial analysis for strategic decisions.
• Build and maintain financial simulation models, including business plans, unit economics and deployment scenarios.
• Model and present ROI and total cost of ownership for infrastructure deployments to clients such as cities, institutions and energy producers.
• Own monthly financial reporting, profitability analysis by site/unit and KPI tracking (margin, cash conversion, payback period).
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and challenge operational assumptions in collaboration with business teams.
• Analyze cost structures of manufacturing and deployment, identifying optimization levers with production teams.
• Prepare financial materials for executive committees, boards, investors and support due diligence for fundraising or asset financing.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in corporate finance, FP&A or business finance within a capex‑intensive environment.
• Background in startups or hyper‑growth companies, preferably in infrastructure, energy, data centers or cleantech.
• Strong autonomy, analytical rigor and ability to communicate confidently with clients and partners.
• Fluent English (mandatory); French is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for financial modeling.
• Financial modeling expertise (ROI, NPV/IRR, multi‑scenario analysis).
