ETL Engineer – Remote Work

About the role

BairesDev is seeking experienced ETL Engineers to join its global development team. You will work remotely on diverse projects for leading tech companies and innovative startups, delivering high‑impact data solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance and maintain ETL solutions that meet business requirements.
• Optimize slow‑running jobs by redesigning processes and improving performance.
• Support the team in designing, modeling, developing and maintaining SQL database objects for all solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in ETL solution development and relational database design.
• Proven experience in database development, analysis, testing and production support across multiple business domains.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent (highly desirable).
• Advanced level of English.

Required skills

• ETL development and optimization.
• SQL database design and programming.
• Python (a strong plus).
