Offensive Security Leader

About the role

We are seeking an Offensive Security Leader to head and expand our Offensive Security team in Tirana. The role involves leading red‑team, adversary emulation, penetration testing and purple‑team engagements for a variety of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute red‑team, adversary emulation, penetration testing and purple‑team engagements across applications, APIs, infrastructure, cloud, networks and identity systems.
• Design realistic attack scenarios based on client‑specific threats and translate findings into concrete risk assessments and recommendations.
• Define scope, objectives and rules of engagement with clients, ensure quality of deliverables and present results to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Mentor team members, share knowledge and help grow the team.

Required profile

• Solid experience in offensive security, red‑team or penetration testing.
• Strong knowledge of attack techniques against applications, infrastructure and identity systems.
• Excellent client‑facing skills and ability to own technical relationships directly.
• Good command of both Italian and English.

Required skills

• Windows, Linux, Active Directory and cloud environments.
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP and security testing methodologies.
• Ability to develop custom tools and automation.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker and DevSecOps practices (nice to have).
