Deputy Store Manager

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Deputy Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales performance and delivering excellent customer service. You will work closely with the team, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and targets are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, support and motivate the entire store team to achieve sales goals.
• Organise the work of your own role and the whole team.
• Maintain the highest standards of customer service.
• Analyse sales results and produce regular reports.
• React effectively to non‑standard situations.
• Provide assistance to the Store Manager as needed.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum two years of experience managing a team.
• Positive attitude and motivation to face daily challenges.
• Ability to organise personal and team workload.
• At least one year of experience in a similar position.
• Capability to work under time pressure.
