Dental Sales Representative

About the role

The Dental Sales Representative will promote iClear’s transparent aligners and related dental products to orthodontists, dentists and dental clinics. You will build strong relationships with dental professionals, drive product adoption and achieve sales targets across the assigned territory. This role combines sales expertise with deep product knowledge to support clinicians in delivering modern orthodontic solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell iClear’s aligner system and dental clinic products to orthodontists, dentists and clinics.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct regular clinic visits, present product demonstrations and provide basic training.
• Act as the primary point of contact for dental professionals, supporting product usage and order processes.
• Attend dental conferences, exhibitions and professional events to increase brand visibility.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback, reporting insights to the sales and marketing teams.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client visits and prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Medical Sciences or a related field.
• Minimum three years of sales experience, preferably in medical, pharmaceutical or dental products.
• Proven experience working with dental clinics or orthodontists is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
