Dental Sales Agent – Aligners & Dental Products

About the role

iClear Group LTD is looking for a motivated Dental Sales Agent to promote its innovative aligner solutions and dental clinic products. You will work directly with orthodontists, dentists, and clinic managers to increase product adoption and drive revenue growth across the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell transparent aligners and related dental products to orthodontists, dentists, and clinics.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business.
• Plan and execute territory sales strategies, including regular clinic visits and product demonstrations.
• Provide product training and ongoing support to dental professionals.
• Represent iClear at dental conferences, exhibitions, and professional events.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback, reporting insights to inform sales and marketing strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client visits, and prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in medical, pharmaceutical, or dental products.
• Experience working with dental clinics or orthodontists is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in preparing sales plans, reports, and forecasts.
