Corporate Travel Operations Specialist

About the role

Roundtrip is seeking a detail‑oriented Corporate Travel Operations Specialist to manage end‑to‑end travel arrangements for premium corporate accounts and VIP travelers. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring a seamless, high‑quality experience for B2B partners worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for corporate accounts and VIP travelers, handling complex requests via email, phone, chat, or CRM.
• Provide expert travel consulting, offering tailored solutions for flights, hotels, transfers, and premium services.
• Book travel services using Roundtrip’s online platform and coordinate offline arrangements with the global supplier network, including hotels, DMCs, rail, ferries, cruises, and airlines.
• Negotiate rates and terms directly with hotels, service partners, and travel providers.
• Manage the full booking lifecycle: confirmations, payments (including virtual card processing), vouchers, changes, cancellations, and refunds.
• Collaborate with Online Support, Finance, Product, Sales, and Account Management to maintain operational excellence.
• Monitor performance against SLAs, resolve operational issues, and proactively escalate incidents.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate or premium travel management (TMC, DMC, high‑touch operations).
• In‑depth knowledge of hotel and airline operations and global destinations.
• Upper‑Intermediate (B2+) proficiency in English and Italian.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to work with demanding corporate clients.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and precision when handling multiple complex requests.
