Corporate Communications and BTL Specialist

About the role

OTP Bank is looking for a Corporate Communications and BTL Specialist within its Marketing & PR department. The role covers brand communication across the bank's retail network, events, sponsorship and CSR activities, and internal communication, working closely with other marketing units.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure correct application and regular updates of the bank's brand and corporate identity across branches, ATMs, POS terminals and partners, including promotional materials and campaigns.
• Carry out periodic branch inspections to check brand standards and the implementation of promotional materials.
• Plan, coordinate and manage bank events, suppliers and contracts, and collect feedback through internal surveys.
• Manage sponsorship and CSR programmes, prepare contractual documentation and report progress and results.
• Monitor supplier relationships and ensure quality and deadlines are met.
• Keep the intranet up to date and maintain the marketing department's assets, inventory and stock.
• Coordinate communication with branches and ATMs so that promotional materials are available and correctly displayed.
• Propose initiatives that improve efficiency, employee engagement and corporate culture.

Required profile

• Ability to solve complex situations independently and work alone or in a team.
• Creative approach combined with analytical and methodical problem solving.
• Good time management and prioritisation skills.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services.

Required skills

• Good use of Microsoft Office, WordPress and Adobe Suite; other software is an advantage.
