Construction Project Manager

About the role

The Construction Project Manager is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Tirana. The role involves planning, organizing and overseeing construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the required quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules and allocate resources across multiple sites.
• Manage contractors and subcontractors, monitoring on‑site progress and resolving operational issues.
• Prepare, track and control project budgets, reviewing technical documentation and change orders.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, suppliers and clients to maintain clear communication and alignment.
• Conduct site inspections, enforce health and safety regulations, and produce regular status reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related field.
• Proven experience managing residential, commercial or infrastructure construction projects.
• Knowledge of Albanian building codes, regulations and health‑and‑safety standards.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and leadership skills to work with diverse on‑site teams.
