Commission Analyst – Maternity Cover (12‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Commission Analyst to join our Channel Commission function in Tirana on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract covering maternity leave. The role ensures continuity of commission reporting, calculation and analytics, supporting accurate incentive processing and strong governance.

Key responsibilities

• Calculate and validate commission schemes and payouts by applying complex business rules, incentive logic and eligibility criteria.
• Analyse data trends, identify potential issues and lead investigations together with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop, extract and maintain commission‑related reports and dashboards, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance.
• Prepare and distribute commission reports and analyses to stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Support ongoing operational needs, meeting agreed service level agreements and shared timelines.

Required profile

• Strong numerical, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration across functions.
• Initiative, accountability and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Degree in Economics, Informatics, Mathematics or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools.
• Knowledge of Power BI.
• Familiarity with commission tools or ERP systems.
