Commercial Specialist

About the role

The Commercial Specialist will support the Commercial Director in managing contracts and relationships with property, fuel and other service operators at Tirana International Airport. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, ensuring high service standards, and contributing to the airport’s non‑aeronautical revenue strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage contracts, renewals, amendments and negotiations with existing and new tenants.
• Ensure compliance with airport regulations and contractual obligations.
• Resolve operational and contractual issues in collaboration with legal, procurement and finance teams.
• Monitor performance metrics such as sales, revenue, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Collect, control and report monthly turnover data for each commercial operator.
• Prepare forecasts, summary Excel files and weekly/monthly reports for finance invoicing.
• Collaborate on marketing initiatives to boost customer engagement.
• Provide cross‑departmental support for advertising, F&B, retail and other commercial activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in commercial operations (real estate, retail, services, logistics, etc.).
• Fluent in Albanian and English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Strong interpersonal and customer‑service abilities.
• Good understanding of contract management and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
